Located in the northeast corner of Schalk Field is the Litchfield Park District's Skate Park. It is a 100 ft. by 60 ft. fenced-in area featuring a modular concrete skate park system consisting of stainless steel flat rails, blocks, benches, ledges, platforms, banks and jump ramps.  The park is free, well lit, open year round and closes at 10 pm. daily.  During the winter months, the gate is locked.  However, entry can be obtained by signing out a key from the laundry next door.
