Litchfield enjoys a convenient location at the intersection of I-55 and Ill. Rt. 16, halfway between St. Louis, Missouri and Springfield, Illinois.

Carlinville, St. Louis and Springfield all have Amtrak stations. The Carlinville station is not staffed, but is accessible and has restroom facilities and vending machines.

Most major airlines fly into St. Louis Lambert International Airport and connecting flights to Springfield Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport are available.

Some Gave All Transportation provides rides to and from the Amtrak stations and airports. Call 217-204-6666 to arrange a ride. Uber may also be available.
