Morning power flow

A warm, vinyasa-style class focused on strength, balance, flexibility and alignment.

Instructor has a 200 hour YTT certification. Cost is donation based with an anonymous donation box at the entrance. If you only have $1 in your pocket, please show up. If you have any extra, please consider contributing for another student.
