To earn the M&M Series Swag, you have to participate in 3 of the 4 Series races.

The 4 races are: Litchfield Spring Duathlon – April 11, Quadruple Bypass 4K distance – June 27, Old Settlers 4 mile distance – August 1 and Life Changing 10K distance- August 29. Just pick 3!!! *****

USAT sanctioned. First-time duathletes are welcome and we expect some serious racing as well. Run 2 miles, bike 12 miles and run 2 miles. Similar flat bike course except for that one %^+?!% hill (Thanks Bill & Mark!), same flat run course.

We begin north of the LHS track. Run a lollipop course through town. Transition. Bike north of town: out and back. Transition. Repeat 2 mile run

Course records: Randy Murdick- 53:24 in 2014 and Lisa Roberts- 53:56 in 2016.

Awards to top 3 men and women and top 3 age-division finishers for males and females: Under 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, etc. Awards to top 3 Male team, 3 Female team, and 3 Mixed team.

USAT sanctioned. USAT rules require bar ends to be plugged, no charge.
Fees

Online Registration ends April 8 at 11:59 pm: Individual $50 or Team $75.

Register by March 29 to guarantee swag … No Extras Are Being Ordered.

In case of dangerous cycling conditions race will be converted to a 10K run. No refunds.

The race director(s) reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the race due to adverse weather or emergency conditions that make race conditions unsafe. In the event the race is cancelled, there will be no refunds. Awards and shirts will not be mailed.

Packet Pick up 8 am – 9:30 am.

Please have your ID and your USAT membership card if you are a member. If you can not show your membership card, you will be required to purchase a 1 day pass.
If you purchased a 1 day pass during registration, please bring that information and your ID.

Same Day Registration 8 am – 9:30 am.

Race starts at 10 am. You must have a bike helmet to participate.
