Celebrate Arbor Day

The City will be celebrating Arbor Day with the Street Department maintaining the trees along Route 16 and State Street.  The trees will be mulched for the season.  Arbor Day is meant for individuals to come together in recognition of the importance of trees. The public is encouraged to plant commemorative trees, hand out free trees, provide education on tree planting and care and celebrate all the benefits trees provide.
