Gentle Slow Flow Pop-up Class

A beginner-friendly class to cultivate deep relaxation. Presented by Litchfield Community Yoga.

In the spirit of community, this is a pay-what-you-can class. The suggested fee is $10-$15, but yoga is for everyone, so please pay what fits comfortably within your means. Got extra? Consider supporting another student’s practice. Anonymous cash and VENMO accepted.
