Walton Park

Walton Park is ideal for hiking, picnicking and enjoying the outdoors.  It offers open picnic areas, four pavilions with barbecue grills, picnic tables, playground equipment, a lighted softball/baseball diamond, a basketball court, horseshoe pits, disc golf, RC course, stage, and a 40 acre lake complete with a covered bridge and fountain.  The main pavilions offers restrooms, electricity, and water.

Additionally, a handicap walkway leads the way to two observation decks overlooking the lake with a full view of the wildlife and sunsets.  Fishing is allowed but swimming is not.  Canoes, row boats or boats with a trolling motor are also allowed on the lake.
