Litchfield Community Yoga

You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga itself is flexible. Classes are generally beginner level and designed with a wide range of shapes, sizes and abilities in mind. However, you may find you’ll get the most enjoyment out of the classes if you are able to move from the floor to standing with relative ease (look for the chair yoga class on April 19 if you have more advanced mobility issues).

Instructor has a 200 hour YTT certification. Cost is donation based with an anonymous donation box at the entrance. If you only have $1 in your pocket, please show up. If you have any extra, please consider contributing for another student.
